March is a wonderful month of learning, celebration and discovery at South Parramatta Granville Preschool. Our educators have planned a variety of experiences that help children learn about the world around them, celebrate different cultures and build important social skills.
Throughout the month, the children will explore a number of special events including:
Clean Up Australia Day – learning how we can care for our environment.
World Wildlife Day – discovering animals and the importance of protecting nature.
Holi Festival – celebrating colour, joy and cultural traditions.
Harmony Week – recognising and celebrating the diversity of our community.
St Patrick’s Day – fun themed activities and creative play.
International Read to Me Day – encouraging a love of books and storytelling.
Ramadan & Eid – learning about different cultural and religious celebrations.
World Water Day – exploring why water is important for our planet.
National Doctor’s Day – learning about helpers in our community.
These experiences help children develop curiosity, respect for diversity and an understanding of the world around them.
We look forward to a wonderful month of learning, creativity and fun.
