A Special Visit to the Library for Moon Festival Story Time 🌙📚

Our preschool children recently enjoyed a special visit to our local library for a Moon Festival story time.

The children explored the library, listened to a story and shared their thoughts and ideas as they learned about a cultural celebration and traditions that may be different from their own experiences.

The visit also gave the children an opportunity to practise important road safety skills during our walk, including staying together, listening to educators and stopping and looking carefully before crossing the road.

We love creating opportunities for children to learn beyond the preschool environment, connect with our local community and experience new places and traditions.

It was a beautiful morning filled with stories, culture, community and learning. 🌕✨
